My personal account linked to Microsoft account is inactive as i have accessed last in 2021 April

Question

My personal account linked to Microsoft account is inactive as I have not accessed it since 2021 April.

When I try to login it asked to create a new as the account does not exist, so followed the instruction and got the MCID. However when I try to link or check the discount it gives me the error "The email address specified is already linked to a Certification Profile" on https://examregistration.microsoft.com/.

Please suggest how to change the email address to microsoft account, so that the discount will be applied
