I can't access the Authenticator app on my new device. My old device is inoperable.

I am unable to access the Authenticator app on my old device as it is damaged beyond repair, so therefore I can't scan the QR code. I also don't have any record of the "setup key." How do I get access to Authenticator on my new device?
