Move email from defined sender to another mailbox folder

Before the latest Outlook Client on windows update, I had a rule (on client) to take a defined sender (any email from this sender) and move it to another folder in a seperate mailbox (I have two mail boxes added to the client) This rule only worked when the client is running on my computer. With the new update, there is no option to create a rule to move it to another folder in another mailbox.

How can I create this rule on the exchange admin portal, versus having to rely on a client?

    Hi @ Samer Shehadeh

Yes. Only Outlook clients have default actions to move messages to another mailbox folder, and this rule only runs on this computer:

    2023-5-4

In OWA, you can achieve the same function by setting rules on two mailboxes separately:

    1. First, create a redirect rule in Recipient One's mailbox to redirect the message to another mailbox:

    2023-5-4-2

    1. Then create a rule in Recipient Two's mailbox to move this message to the specified folder:

    2023-5-4-3
