Account Closed Without My Authorization

Hi,

I received the following email related to my account closure on the 30th of April. I did not authorize this closure. I had to create a new account with the same email: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com.

Was this done by Microsoft and if yes then may I know why so I may prevent this from happening in the future.

    In addition, i notice that you included your personal information in the image as you uploaded, i have hid it and please remember to hide your privacy before you upload.
