“Invalid client id” When getting the notification token

My uwp application accesses push notification through "https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/design/shell/tiles-and-notifications/windows-push-notification-services--wns--overview" this document. When I get push token, I always get "Invalid client id" error. My client_id is copied from the position in the screenshot,Please help me solve the problem.
