When I use the remote desktop software in the Microsoft store, the required connection time is very long, and after a long wait, I will be prompted:

User's image

Image content translation:

Session ended.

You have been disconnected because another connection was established to the remote computer.

Error code: 0x516

Extended error code: 0x0

activity id:

copy to clipboard

Cancel

This is the case after many attempts, and the problem has not been resolved for a long time, but there is no problem with the mstsc that comes with the system and the connection is seconds, and it is the same when tested on Windows7-11.

Local system: Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.1413

Remote system: Windows Server 2022 Datacenter 21H2 20348.1547

    Hello,

Thank you for your question and for reaching out with your question today.

Please try the following solutions to this error code:

    1. Check your Windows version. You cannot connect to WIndows Home or Standard Editions.
    2. Disable and re-enable remote access
    3. Ensure the remote computer has a password set up.
    4. Check the RDP session limit. The number of concurrent RDP sessions is limited. Please check the group rules to determine if the connections are limited to only one user.

Guys, I've adjusted the tls version and may be able to solve the problem, I've discarded the machine with the problem, if you have the same problem, you can try it.
