Missing accounts on authenticator app

I changed my device and all the accounts, GitHub, Heroku are not on my authenticator app again. Now I can't access my Heroku account dashboard. And I really need to work on a server hosted there.

    If you have changed your device, you will need to set up your authenticator app again and re-add your accounts.
