When trying to add account on Microsoft Outlook Desktop app on MacOS, I am greeted with this message (title). With username name.surname@encomdoo.onmicrosoft.com I can log in on Web app and in Windows desktop app, but it won't let me log in on MacOS desktop app with the SAME account. (I wrote this because on support they said that account doesn't have a mailbox, which is incorrect because I'm using the same account to log in on Windows and I can send e-mails)
Anyone else had this issue and how to resolve it?

In order to further confirm the problem, please provide more information about your case:
1.Do other users in your organization encounter the same issue?
2.Can you add another account successfully?
3.In order to further confirm if the issue is related to your Outlook for mac desktop client, it's suggested that you could try to add your account in another computer to check if there're any differences. -
