启动虚拟机“新建虚拟机”失败，因为一个Hyper-V组件未运行。

    Hi,

    Please first open the details pane to see which component caused the issue.

    Open event viewer from the start menu and locate the Hyper-V logs under Applications and Service Logs->Microsoft->Windows, check if there are any error message around the time you run the VM.
