Change language for Message Recall Report

Question

currently, when recalling an email in Exchange Online, the user will receive a Message Recall Report, informing about the success for the message being recalled. Is there any way to set the language for this report? We do have a number of users, who are non-english speakers and it would really help them

To my knowledge currently message recall report only supports English.
