SCCM - Best way to distribute Windows Upgrade content to workstations?

We have couple of thousand workstations on different locations. What would be the best method to distribute Windows Upgrade image (around 5 GB) to all workstations so it wouldn't kill our network?

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Peer cache may have some help with it. If our clients on the same network will share parts of the content among themselves instead of getting it from the distribution point. This cache help manage deployment of content to clients in remote locations and share content with other clients directly from their local cache.

    It will depend on many factors. For instance are the devices remote or on-prem or connecting through vpn?
