Didn't receive any emails for Free Certication Exam yet!

I have finished my Microsoft Ignite App Maker Challenge but didn't receive any email regarding the free certification exam yet. Although, we were supposed to get informed on 15 October. Did they somehow miss it? Or still some people didn't get notified?

    Hi @Tasnim Nahiyan Pervez ,

    Many haven't received a notification for this, the free certification exam is available for redemption starting October 14, 2020 and is valid until March 31, 2021.

    not helpful it does not tell the reason why so many peoples have not received email from Microsoft

    As I have completed the challenge of Microsoft data and AI challenge and when i entered my email address then come to know no discount is available on this email address.
    please solve the problem

    I haven't received the email either.

    If I click Check Eligibility from the Certification Dashboard (I have selected AZ-104 exam), it says it may require at least 4 business days following the event to record eligibility, so I will wait until October... 21st? for the voucher to be available, I hope...
