Echange 2016 :mails from all server mailboxes arrive in their own mailbox and are copied to the administrator mailbox.

Question

I use a VM with exchange 2016 CU7 on windows server 2016. All incoming and outgoing emails from all server mailboxes arrive in their own mailbox and are copied to the administrator mailbox. How can I stop this

Hi CHRISTOPHE BIAGIOLI,

Could you please show what the emails received in your admin mailbox look like?

If it looks like the picture below, it means you have enabled Journaling in your mailbox database.

It looks like normal mail. You can check if you have set the relevant rules.

You can also check the message tracking log to learn more.
