Everytime I factory reset my Surface Book the battery 2 stops charging . Right now battery 2 has 0% . If I plug the charger into the keyboard (screen attached) , the keyboard will draw power but not store power . The keyboard is also not charging the screen so I must charge it separately. I can still detach the screen . But why won’t the battery 2 hold power ? This only happens when I reset the device . I’ve cleaned all the connectors . I also tried it with another surface book . the keyboard still is not storing or charging the screen
the indicator light on the charger glows white . and the battery icon indicates the device is charging but with the keyboard neither battery is charger
