Is Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server provides support for client-side encryption?

if it supports, what are the steps we need to perform to enable client-side encryption in Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server?

Are you checking about encrypted connection support?

Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server supports encrypted connections using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2+) and all incoming connections with TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 will be denied. For all flexible servers enforcement of TLS connections is enabled
