Hello All,
I have windows server 2022 STD, and already promote to DNS, DHCP, ADDS server. the problem, windows firewall itself point to Private network.
How can i point it to Domain network instead please?

I had the same problem with a Server 2022 Std. Checked that DNS-settings was correct and tried to restart location awareness service with no success.
After disabling IPv6 in the network properties it swapped to Domain Network immediately.

I'd check the domain controller has own static ip address listed for DNS (plus loopback 127.0.0.1) and no others such as router or public DNS.
