Hello

A customer of is using Citrix, running on a Windows Server 2019.
Microsoft OneDrive for Business is installed with Version: 23.081.0416.0001

Almost all of the users, have issues with the thumbnail for pictures (.png/.jpg) files within OneDrive.
If Files on Demand is activated and all files are stored locally, about 70% of the thumbnails are visible. The rest shows the standard application icon (irfan view).

There is no recognisable pattern, to identify which pictures show the thumbnail and which don't.
Very similar issue was asked here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1166123/no-picture-previews-with-onedrive-on-server-2019-w

Issue is just within OneDrive. We have checked all the file explorer settings to show the thumbnail.
We have also Checked the System Settings and enabled the "show thumbnails instead of icons".

Possibly this is a issue with OneDrive/FsLogix in combination?

    Hello there,

If you have a preview or thumbnail view set for your OneDrive folder, you should see thumbnails for all files.

If you are not seeing thumbnails, check these features:

If you're using a web browser, ensure the OneDrive.com file viewer is set to Tiles. Learn how.

If you're using a PC/Mac, ensure your computer's File Explorer/Finder view is set to medium-sized icons (or larger).

If File Explorer/Finder thumbnails still don't show, enable "Always keep on this device" for the file.

Hope this resolves your Query !!
