Hey there, this question is an oldy but a goodie. My issue is dealing with the Movies and TV app on EDU versions of Windows. I am unable to see the tabs at the top like Home or Pro users for their Microsoft purchases of movies and tv. The interesting thing is I can manually search for them in the store and watch them for there. Ideally, this is not the most desired method because I am not the only one who does not remember which purchases were made in the past. I know there are ways to look up past purchases, but no one wants to skim multiple pages looking for something to watch.

Here are some of the steps I have tried already. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Movies and TV app on EDU install. I have searched for titles in the Microsoft store and found a title already purchased previously and started watching from there. I have cleared the cache of the Windows Store. I created a feedback post on my issue. I have rated the Movies and TV app on the Windows Store. I have done nearly all I can to address the Movies and TV app without a complete reset and reinstall of Windows 11 x64 bit version.

I can find the TV show in my purchase history on the Microsoft account website, however, when I click the link in my purchase history, it says the URL is not available.

I have searched previous post on answers or forums with some people having this same exact issue, but all anyone suggests is the same steps of reset the store, reinstall windows, or pay $100 or more to another windows version.

    Hello there,

Can you try the link with a different browser or network?

Verify that your computer’s time, date, language, and region settings are correct:

Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.

Tap or click Time & Language.

Select either Date & time or Region & language and check all settings.
