    Hi @Iniobong Nkanga

Based on feedback from some other users on the forum, this seems to be a common problem.
You can try to turn off Teams message email notifications in the settings.

If Teams still sends reminder emails, you can use rules in Outlook to automatically transfer emails to the junk inbox when you receive this email.

Has this ever been resolved? I keep receiving chat messages in Teams to which I either react or respond, and then I get a missed activity email several hours later. This typically happens if I get the chat late in the day (say 4pm). The email will come through late at night. The workaround of either turning off Teams missed activity emails or sending emails to Junk is a self-defeating solution. Teams tends to close itself randomly, and the missed activity emails are great for alerting me to that situation.
