How to fix my infinite sync problem in macbook M2?

I used OneDrive in my Windows 10 (Language: Korean) and Office 365 environment.

One month ago, I changed my computer to MacBook Pro M2 and expected to keep my OneDrive running normally.

Files already generated and synchronized in Windows 10 are still well. sychronized

But files newly generated in my MacBook Pro M2 are not synchronized, which has the infinite circle indication of "being synchronized." No sync for the new files.

I tried pausing the sync on OneDrive, reinstalling OneDrive but couldn't get better result.

What could I do ?

For your information,

    Hi @Sung Hyon Min(DL)

1 Please check your internet connection first. If you use proxy or VPN, please disconnect it for a test.

2 It's recommended to reset OneDrive:

    • Quit OneDrive. (Select the cloud icon in the top tray, then select SettingsQuit OneDrive.)
    • Find OneDrive in your Applications folder.
    • Right-click OneDrive and select Show Package Contents.
    • Browse to the Contents > Resources folder.
    • Double-click ResetOneDriveApp.command (or ResetOneDriveAppStandalone.command, if you're using the standalone app).

3 Then use Spotlight to search for OneDrive and reopen it. When choosing location, remember to select the previous OneDrive syncing location. This means your files won’t be downloaded again if they haven’t changed.

4 Could you please tell us where did you get the OneDrive application?

I suggest you may try to get OneDrive from "OneDrive release notes", that use standalone .pkg or use package from Mac App Store.

5 Start up your Mac in safe mode to troubleshooting any startup items.

Any updates, welcome to post back.
