Processor requirement for Windows 11

my notebook has the processor named Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.81 GHz.
It is a 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor.
Windows 11 states that this processor is not compatible. Why?
