My computer settings changed when I restarted my computer and I have lost my email settings using Outlook. I have a very old email using @bellsouth.net that is my primary email. Outlook will no longer open .

    Start Outlook in safe mode

    Choose Start > Run.

Type Outlook /safe, and choose OK.

In the Choose Profiles dialog box, accept the default setting of Outlook and choose OK.

If prompted, enter your password and choose Accept.

    Hi @Leslie Bush ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Do you mean that after you restarted computer, you can't start Outlook?
If so, is there any error?

As i know, there can be a variety of factors that can cause such a problem, such as some third-party plugins, corrupted Outlook porfile, etc. Please refer to the following article to troubleshooting:
I can’t start Microsoft Outlook or receive the error “Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window”

    Hope the above help!
