Hi,
You entered "az interactive" before pasting in the command for Task 1 which is what caused the command to fail. Please Activate a new sandbox, and this time copy/paste in the Task 1 commands without entering az interactive.
You need to complete first this exercise (Create an Azure Virtual Machine, Unit 3) as well as the exercise in Unit 9 (Configure Network Access) within 1 hour of activating the sandbox.
