Automatic cancellation of outlook appointments

Hello,

we experience the problem that suddenly team meetings get cancelled from the past or future. The persons affected have all a delegate permission on some other mailboxes. The cancellation is send out as " Send from XX on behalf of YY".

Somehow this started by the time we are moving to Intue to manage our mobile devices. So we wondering if this is an Intune problem or some bug with accessing/sync with the outlook app?

It is not possible to reproduce the problem, as the event gets triggered randomly and without user interaction (at least the times it happens normally the persons don't work or haven't done anything with that appointment).

Would be great if somebody has a hint or experiences something similar.

Thanks!

    Hi @Raja, Ramesh,

I am not very familiar with Intune while I have seen similar issues caused by native calendar apps in mobile.

If you have enabled calendar synchronization with native calendar, please disable it and see if this issue will happen again.
