This is regarding using Teams for a webinar meant for people inside as well as outside the organisation. Is it possible to change the email address of the sender for Teams Webinar? For us, it shows our parent organization's name 'XYZ' whereas I'd like it to be 'XYZCD'.
Is it possible to run a recorded presentation during Teams Webinar posing as a live one and then presenters coming live for the Q&A making the audience feel that the entire event is a live one?

I am afraid this cannot be changed unless you modify the organization's name. As based on my test, the display name of the sender email address of the webinar confirmation email is indeed corresponding with your Organization's name which can be found in Microsoft 365 admin center:
