IIS certificate not being updated

  1. Installed new certificate to Personal Store
  2. Updated the bindings
  3. Removed all old certificates in Personal Store and IIS
  4. Reviewed netsh HTTP show sslcert and the certificate hash matches up
  5. Did IISReset & Server Reboot
  6. Cleared SSL Cache in Internet Options
  7. Created new website & used new certificate

I feel I'm doing everything correctly, but the website still shows the old certificate that will expire May 31. How do I force the browsers to get the new certificate?

    First, the easiest thing to do is to restart your server and try again.

    If it still doesn't work, please check to select a new certificate for https in the bingings of the website.
