Managed apple ID required when personal iPhone enrolled

Hello,

As a test, I have tried to enroll my personal iPhone to Intune. I have downloaded and signed in the company portal without any issue. But it is asked me to provide a managed apple ID to enroll in Intune after the management profile downloaded.

How to disable the required managed apple ID step for my own iPhone?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Sounds like your iPhone is trying to enroll using user enrollment, that requires a manged apple ID. If you enroll as device enrollment it will not require a managed apple ID. So please switch to device enrollment to have a try.
