Outlook Version 1.2023.425.600 Adding Exchange email accounts

I am not able to add other accounts that I manage. They are all in my organization, not external.

Hi @Lisa Rose ,

From the version number, seems like you are using New Outlook which is currently not yet complete and may lack some options or features when comparing with the classic version of Outlook.

So, in order to narrow down if it's an issue of the New Outlook, you can just switch the toggle off in the new Outlook to automatically open the classic version:
