Need help removing Trojan Spyware that has my computer locked up

Computer is locked due to Trojan Spyware ransome. Detected by Windows defender. Notification said to contact Microsoft Support.

    Hi, thanks for coming into the forums. I'm also a user like you and I'll be more than happy to help you to the best of my knowledge.

    If you are getting a message that says the account is locked and need to call a number, please press on your keyboard the Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to open task manager, then under processes find all the browsers, right click and select End Task. That would stop the notification you are getting.
