PXE Boot no longer working. Error 0xc000000f

Question

After updating SCCM to 2203 and ADK for Windows 11 support I can no longer perform OSDs. I have tried on several machines and all give the same error.

Windows Deployment Services encountered an error: Error Code: 0xc000000f

I have tried several ways to resolve this issue to no avail.

1. Removed boot images
2. Disabled PXE Boot and Multicast on the DP
3. Manually uninstalled WDS
4. Deleted RemoteInstall folder
5. Re-enabled PXE and Mutlicast which reinstalled and configured WDS
6. Imported boot image x64 (Cannot add x86 since this has been removed by the ADK update)
7. Restarted the SCCM Server several times, restarted IIS, and updated boot images
8. Redistributed packages, etc. to the DP

Per my experience, when we disable PXE Boot and Multicast on the DP, the WDS will uninstall automatically, why do you manually uninstall it?

And do we monitor the distmgr.log to make sure the PXE disable and enable worked successfully.
