Go to the BIOS menu and choose the hard disc partition where you have Windows as your first boot device.(If I'm not mistaken, F12 is the key.)
If this doesn't work, make sure your hard drive is correctly attached to your computer. Check the SATA/PATA cables of your hard drive and the Power cable by opening the case, then unplug and replug them.
Now, navigate to the boot menu and click the del key (the exact key to press depends on your motherboard; post a picture of it in the comments area and I'll explain).
