How to fix bios loop on my laptop

This just started happening randomly yesterday on my infinity gaming laptop and now whenever i boot up the computer it will always send me to the bios screen and exiting the bios just sends me back to the bios. Is this a hardware issue or can it be fixed at home?

    Thank you for your question and reaching out.

    Go to the BIOS menu and choose the hard disc partition where you have Windows as your first boot device.(If I'm not mistaken, F12 is the key.)

    If this doesn't work, make sure your hard drive is correctly attached to your computer. Check the SATA/PATA cables of your hard drive and the Power cable by opening the case, then unplug and replug them.

    Now, navigate to the boot menu and click the del key (the exact key to press depends on your motherboard; post a picture of it in the comments area and I'll explain).
