How to create flyout/popup menu

I want to create a pop-up or flyout menu and open it on button click. Similar to this - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/design/controls/menus
I looked the official doc, and community toolkit, but could not find anything related. Plz help on how can I open such menu on button click.

You want to implement this function on iOS and Android platform, right? If so, you can customize a view with collectionview , then click the button to hide/show the view.
