Custom Tenant User Detail Page 404 Error

I have two tenants, One is default tenant & Another custom tenant. I have users in both tenant.

Like below format, custom tenant users link returned 404 error(copy that URL & try to open a new tab in browser). But that user_id is valid.

  1. What is the reason ?

EXAMPLE FORMAT:
https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/UserDetailsMenuBlade/Profile/userId/1234-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx1234

Note: The same link format is working for default tenant users link
