Problem in create User on AD

I have a problem when I want to create a new user in AD the error is:

"failed to create the new object. the operation failed because UPN value provided for addition/modification is not unique forest-wide"

if anyone helps me with this issue?

Hi Jameel AlNaqash, I would like to support you with your problem.

If I understand you correctly, you are getting mentioned error message in your OnPremise Active Directory.

The problem seems to be due to a duplicate of one of your UPNs in the whole forest when you want to create a new user.
