I am trying to connect my local PC to my GNS3 router c3600 using the cloud and a loopback Microsoft KM-TEST Loopback Adapter adapter.

i have uninstalled npcap and have winpcap 4.1.3 installed

disabled firewalls

gave the loopback as default gateway the address of my router

i run gns3 as administrator

the loopback adapter shows network not identified in my pc

The router can see the loopback interface and even send ICMP Echo Requests. The loopback interface cannot reply to it and doesn't ping it. it says that default gateway is not recognized

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

Using the properties menu when you right-click the Loopback Adapter, uncheck any NPCAP-related boxes. Restart and try once more. Run GNS3 as Administrator if this fails. Works!

Also Please try uninstalling the npcap and installing winpcap again.
