Getting error while trying to login to the "ToDo" app

While trying to login to the "ToDo" app, I am getting the error "we were unable to verify your account. please sign in for or cancel and try a different account."
This has been going on for a while now, all of my other apps are logging in properly without causing this problem or any other problems (Outlook, Teams etc..)
I Am logging in through Okta.
This is the error code I am getting while trying to login:
