Hi All

Sorry for the stupid question, One of my user has selected From Address as DL email address and sent email to 150 external users. lets say 20 external users left the company. Those 20 users NDR message will go to senders mailbox or will get triggered to DL. user came to know atleast 20 user left the company but not received any NDR. i suspect someissue at our email gateway which is preventing it.

    Senders wont get NDRs unless its enabled for the group for internal recipients.

    If the NDRs are from external users, then there is no guarantee. You can check message tracking to see if any were bounced back, but otherwise, you may not see a NDR from an external recipient
