How to transfer my achievements and certification profile from an Outlook email to another Outlook email address?

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

Hope you are doing well.

I have a old personal email account where I registered and scheduled my MS AZ 900 certification exam and passed several learning courses that resides on that profile. I would like to transfer (scheduled MS AZ 900 Certification exam data and my passed learning courses) to a new personal account (all the information and achievements) to this new outlook account.

Example: 

personal account 1: 

personal_account1@outlook.com

personal account 2:

personal_account2@outlook.com

Is it possible to do this?
