How to get into my Microsoft Authenticator app on new phone without old phone

I lost my old phone, and don’t have the QR Code or key saved. How do I log into one of my authenticators accounts without a QR code or old phone. Thank you

Open Microsoft Authenticator on your old phone, go to Settings, and enable cloud backups. Then install Microsoft authenticator on your new phone and tap "Begin Recovery." The accounts that were backed up from your old phone will be transferred to your new phone.
