I have to Renew my DevOps Engineer Expert certification, I am trying to do that but no certifications are reflected in my profile, earlier I linked my certifications with my previous organization's email id, how to renew and see my certifications?
Now I have joined another organization and linked my organization's email id with my Microsoft account.
