How to remove Intune

Hi, I own an ipad that I use at home for personal use. I recently factory reset it and it automatically downloaded an app called ‘Intune’ and it does not let me exit the app or use anything on the ipad other than the app. I don’t have an Intune account so I am unsure how to fix this issue. I’ve tried resetting the ipad via my laptop but the same thing happens regardless. Please help.

    Sign in to Company Portal for macOS.

    Go to Devices and select the device you want to unenroll.

    From the app toolbar, select the Devices menu > Remove.

    When asked to confirm the removal, select Remove. The device is immediately removed from Intune.

    After you complete these steps, you can uninstall Company Portal from your device.

    For this issue, please check if there is a management profile in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management in your device.

    If yes, please try to click on "Management Profile" > tap "Remove Management". And then check if it doesn't automatically download this app.
