Azure for Students with github student integration does not work.

Question

Hi,

I recently signed up for a Github for education account and i wanted to redeem the Azure for Students benefit that it provides. I have been trying to sign up for Azure Student with my github account but it does not work. I signed in to azure with the same email address that used for github but it doesn't seem to work.

"We could not confirm your status as a student. Click here to begin the academic verification process. This process may take up to a few days. Once verification is complete, please come back and sign in with GitHub to redeem Azure for Students."

This is the error it gives me despite me having used the same email address.
