I'm using macOS Monterey 12.3 M1 chip. I downloaded Microsoft 365 from the App Store and used my university account to sign in. Last week I found my app was logged out, and it showed "Sorry, another account from your organization is already signed in on this computer." when I tried to sign in.
I tried the solution at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/troubleshoot/sign-in/sign-in-to-office-2016-for-mac-fail, but it didn't work.
I fixed it by deleting not only "Office" but also "Microsoft" entries in the Keychain Access app.
