When use the REST API of azure data factory to create a Blob Event Trigger/ Event based trigger associated to storage container in a different resource group, I am getting a 403 forbidden error.

I have already provided the Microsoft.EventGrid/EventSubscriptions access at the resource group level where the Storage container resides. And have also provided the Data factory contributor role access to the Storage container.

The creation of triggers happens through an API call and Microsoft.EventGrid/EventSubscriptions access has been given to that particular app service. Though I am able to create datasets successfully.
