Have a new phone and info hasn’t transferred over

Question

have a new phone but the app and all details hasn’t transferred over when I open the app now it says I’m logged in on this device in other apps which I’m part of teams so I’m guessing that’s it but on my old phone I was logged in also any way I can fix this asap the app is crutial for work 🙏🏽
