I am not able to connect MySQL in Azure and I have got the following message from the portal

"As a part of routine certificate rotation, the root certificate for the client applications/drivers enabled with SSL has changed. This change could impact your application connectivity to Azure Database for MySQL Single Server if your application uses SSL/TLS and you have not applied the changes recommended in how to maintain connectivity, To mitigate the issue, please apply the recommendations detailed in this article"

I looked at the article and I did the followings

I downloaded the BaltimoreCyberTrustRoot & DigiCertGlobalRootG2 Root CA from the following links:

https://www.digicert.com/CACerts/BaltimoreCyberTrustRoot.crt.pem

https://cacerts.digicert.com/DigiCertGlobalRootG2.crt.pem

and combined CA certificate

I am not sure how to replace the original root CA pem file with the combined root CA file
