BingChat “No access since two months”

Hi, I’ve been advised by the Microsoft support chat team to post my issue on this page, such that a Microsoft engineer can have a look at my issue.

The issue is with regards to Bing Chat. I’ve had access to bing chat shortly after release, however since about two months, whenever I send a prompt I get the error “Sorry you no longer have access to this feature. Please try again in a few days”.

I’ve got a MacBook, iPad, iPhone and a cloud Pc with windows 11. I get the same error on all of these devices within the bing app and the edge browser.

So if an engineer could have a look into this issue that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,

Bing feedback was my first attempt two months ago to solve this problem, I’ve send two feedbacks but still waiting for an answer.

Your Microsoft chat support team has provided me with a direct link to this site after troubleshooting for over an hour and now you are saying I have yet to go to another site which is a community expert site.

Could you please get an engineer involved to get this problem solved.
