I cannot get any data to populate in AHR dashboard. Can someone please help?

I cannot get any data to populate in Azure Health Report aka.ms/ahr in the Summary or Detail page. I have access to MS Sales but cannot view anything on the Azure Health Report dashboard. Someone please help.

    Did you try troubleshooting to see if you have any issues with permissions or checking the status of service health?

    If no, try below and see if it helps.

    1. Check your permissions: Make sure that you have the necessary permissions to view the Azure Health Report. You can check your permissions by going to the Azure portal and selecting "Access control (IAM)" from the left-hand menu. From there, you can see what roles you have been assigned and what permissions those roles grant you.

    Check the filters: The Azure Health Report allows you to filter the data by subscription, region, and service. Make sure that you have selected the appropriate filters for the data you want to view.

    Check the service health status: The Azure Health Report displays the health status of Azure services. If there are no issues with any of the services you are monitoring, then the report will not display any data. You can check the service health status by going to the Azure portal and selecting "Service Health" from the left-hand menu.

    1. Check the time range: Make sure that you have selected an appropriate time range for the data you want to view. The Azure Health Report allows you to view data for the past 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. If you have selected a time range that does not include any data, then the report will not display any data.
