Teams Room License Changes

Question

We have a user who signs into a Surface Hub as their corporate account is it possible to have their account assigned a E3 and Teams Room Pro license to meet the license need of the MTR device ?

For MTR devices, you only need a Microsoft Teams Rooms Basic or Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro license.
