Using Azure Cognitive Services FACE API Facial Recognition as Researcher

Hello, I am a graduate student and I need to use Azure Cognitive Services Facial Recognition for my thesis. Yesterday, I sent an email to limacctr@microsoft.com & csgate@microsoft.com, but because my research has a time limit, I really need to know if my application can be approved and how to use the related services in the future. After you submit the form, the Azure Cognitive Services team will review it and email you a decision within 10 business days.
Once your application is approved, the Cognitive Services gating team will communicate details

Note: Please add maccount@microsoft.com and csgate@microsoft.com to your Safe Senders list to ensure you receive all correspondence pertaining to your application, including the verification email from Microsoft Vetting Service.

Face service access is limited based on eligibility and usage criteria to support our Responsible AI principles. Face service is only available to Microsoft managed customers and partners. Use the Face Recognition intake form to apply for access. For more information, see the Face limited access page.

Registration process:

Customers and partners who wish to use Limited Access features of the Face API, including Face identification and Face verification, are required to register for access by submitting a registration form. The Face Detection operation is available without registration.
